Gluten Free Never Looked so Good

A few years ago I found myself in a health crisis. In order to heal I had to drastically change my diet and lifestyle. One of my biggest hurdles was my newly discovered gluten allergy. I poured over recipes and ingredient options until I was able to create beautiful and delicious baked goods that didn't compromise my health or aesthetic.
It was around this time in my life that I also set out to create a nutrient dense snack that I could carry with me. I landed on a granola that I make with sprouted gluten free oats, four different organic nuts, four different organic seeds, and no refined sugars. This became a family favorite that met all of our nutritional needs and tastes like heaven. Im so happy to now be able to share my treats with all of you.

The Intersection of Health & Art
It's easy to snack healthy when the snack is pretty and you're far more likely to workout if you have a beautiful new set to wear.

Getting healthy could simply be the difference between forcing yourself to eat fruit or making a beautiful fruit platter.
I love to make yogurt parfaits with my granola in gorgeous jars or do my exercise routine in nature. Bringing art into wellness has made all the difference in my life.

Fitness

For so many years I thought Art belonged in a box. I would only practice in the perfect setting or at structured times.
Having a family made this impossible. Not being able to practice made me sick!
One day I broke the box wide open and I haven't turned back since. I take pleasure in making everything a work of art.
Baking has become a huge Outlet for my Creativity. It's aided in my Healing and it's a way for me to Love on others.

This is a fragment of my heart. It’s a collection of symbols painted from my own journey through faith, motherhood, joy, sorrow, hope, and God’s unwavering love. Every image woven into this design carries a meaning that has shaped who I am, and it is my hope that, as you wear it, these symbols will speak to you in your own season of life.
The hummingbird is where my eyes always begin.
Its tiny wings move in the pattern of an infinity symbol, endlessly tracing a figure eight through the air. Every time I see one, I think of my children. When they were little, every prayer ended the same way:
“God loves us infinity.”
Those simple words have never left me.
Whenever life feels uncertain, whenever I find myself standing in a difficult season or searching for direction, I remember that God’s love is not limited by circumstances. His wisdom is infinite. His mercy is infinite. His presence is infinite. Like the hummingbird’s wings, His love never ceases.
Throughout the scarf you’ll find flowers, leaves, and flourishing branches, each reminding me that life unfolds in seasons.
Some things are only meant for a moment.
Some are meant to remain.
And God alone is our constant through every changing season.
Nature has become one of my greatest teachers. One of my favorite things to watch is a fruit tree just before harvest. Long before the fruit appears, delicate blossoms cover every branch. Those blossoms are a promise that what cannot yet be seen is already on its way.
To me, these flowers represent God’s promises.
When God gives a promise, we may not yet hold the harvest in our hands, but we can stand confidently knowing the fruit is coming. The blossoms remind me to remain faithful while I wait.
Hidden throughout the design is a woman curled quietly in the fetal position.
She represents something deeply personal.
As mothers, we spend our lives nurturing others. We comfort our children, carry burdens, and pour ourselves into those we love. Yet there are moments when we, too, need to be held.
The fetal position is the posture of vulnerability. It is where grief, exhaustion, healing, and hope often meet.
You’ll notice she appears in different directions throughout the scarf. Sometimes she seems to be lying down in quiet reflection. Sometimes she appears to be turned inward by sorrow. And ultimately, I imagine her falling face down before God in complete surrender.
Because I have learned that the safest place to carry pain is at His feet.
There we find comfort.
There we find healing.
There we are restored.
The butterflies hold perhaps the sweetest meaning of all.
In the original painting there are five of them, one for each of my five children.
They remind me of watching them grow, change, and become the beautiful people God created them to be. Yet they also tell my own story.
Motherhood transformed me.
Like the butterfly, I entered motherhood one person and emerged another. There were seasons of waiting, stretching, sacrifice, and unseen transformation that forever changed my heart. The butterflies celebrate both the growth of my children and the woman I became because of them.
Finally, you’ll discover the honeybees.
Years ago, God taught me something beautiful through their quiet work.
Every single day, the bee simply does the task it was created to do. It gathers nectar. It collects pollen. It feeds the hive. It protects the queen. It asks no questions and seeks no recognition.
Yet while carrying out these seemingly ordinary acts of obedience, the bee accomplishes something far greater than it could ever understand.
Because its body was intentionally created, it pollinates flowers as it works, helping sustain gardens, forests, crops, and generations of life.
Its simple obedience blesses the entire world.
I often wonder how many of our own acts of obedience are like that.
Perhaps the prayers we pray,
The kindness we extend,
The forgiveness we choose,
The faithfulness no one else notices,
are quietly woven by God into blessings far beyond what we can see.
The bee reminds me that our small yes to God may become part of someone else’s miracle.
As you wear this scarf, my hope is that it becomes more than an accessory.
I hope it reminds you that you are deeply loved by an infinite God.
That every season has purpose.
That His promises always precede His provision.
That surrender is never weakness.
That transformation is beautiful.
And that every act of faithful obedience matters, even when you cannot yet see the harvest.
Thank you for allowing my story to become part of yours.
Sometimes there is no other way to express myself than through my paint brush.

Revelation 12: 15-16
Then from its mouth the serpent spewed water like a river, to overtake the woman and sweep her away with the torrent. But the very Earth helped the woman and opened it's mouth and swallowed up the river which the dragon had spewed from it's mouth.

Granola but Make it Art

All of God's creation is my inspiration and
I pray that all of the art I create brings glory to His Name!
Ever since I can remember, I have loved silk scarves. Whether they were covering a head full of rollers or elegantly tied around a woman's neck, they added an instant flare of art and elegance to any ensemble. When I was old enough to buy my own fashion magazines at eight years old, I would pour over the advertisements of all the well-known fashion houses and their elaborate, vibrant scarves. I dreamed of one day seeing my own art sprawled over a beautiful piece of silk.
About three years ago, I set out to create a painting with images that represented some of the most treasured lessons and teachings God has given me. As the painting began to unfold across the canvas, I immediately knew it would be the pattern for the scarf of my dreams. I am elated to see this dream come to fruition. I pray it blesses your life as much as it has blessed mine.
